File a complaint with the police at once. This will get the incident on record. It may sound like too much for some but damage was done to your property. Yopu only used an empty parking space and this fool damaged your car. If you have the connections talk to a lawyer and ask what the extreme recouse would be for your damages. Next discuss this with your insurance company (after the complaint is filed) and get qoutes for repairs. The best part about this is you can have the insurance company send the repair bill to the old man that did this.
Imagine his rinkled face when he reads it! That should make him soil his Depends for a good 5 minutes! I'm not one for revenge...unless its sweet as honey and cold as ice!!!!
